I'd suggest:
1 - Digging it out and making a toxic dump area.
2 - Knock down the walls and use it as a medical marijuana farm when it becomes legal
3 - Sell it to the Jim Bob Duggar to relocate their ever growing family. A Duggar World compound / Cult site would be better would work and the state of Arkansas would be forever in the state of Alabama's debt.
