First of all, let me say I'm 61 yo and a career ICU RN.
In the past year I have buried my mother and my mil.
I have attended the funeral of my USC college roommate from complications to diabetes. I have attended the funerals of the husbands of 2 of my best friends, one at 54yo. Both men, much loved by their families, died unexpectedly and suddenly at home from heart attacks.
So good Lawd, enjoy the win yesterday.
It was a WIN.
It doesn't mean our program is fixed.
It doesn't mean we are going to win out
It doesn't mean the road ahead is going to be smooth
But it's a win.
It's a step in the right direction.
I promise you there were about 50,000 ECU fans yesterday who would have taken a last second field goal to win.
