    #6 is really odd to me. I know he's a basketball player. That's about all I know about him. He may be #6 in the world, but I doubt he's #6 in his own country.

    I meant from year to year. If we're finding out in January next year that 8 kids are leaving, does that increase the number we can bring in? The timing of the transfers seems to be the problem to me. Its difficult to plan for recruiting with so much uncertainty.

    Its gonna be hard for coaches to recruit without knowing the number of players they need to bring in. I'm fine with allowing transfers I guess but this could really put teams in a rough spot late in the recruiting game on any given year. I could see a team losing two or three qb's in one year.

    I think it will change how the coaches handle the players too. Some may play more than they would have otherwise. Some players may be hidden.

    I don't agree that it should be about identifying the 2 best teams. I know that's the stated goal, but no other sport does that. I really don't see any point in playing past week 2 or 3 if that's all we're going to do.

    I agree that it shouldn't only be a stat award, but stats play a very big part of it. What if we said, Alabama is the best team and points aren't needed to show that. If we just base everything on talent and disregard what happens on the field then there's no point in playing most of the games.
