    Funny watching these football games

Well, they were tested. Why test then if you're going to compare teams to the general public?

    Funny watching these football games

You mean teams that are tested all of the time and bunch of Joe Blows in the stands?

Nothing on here about new white & garnet jerseys?

I guess the white and garnet will have "CAROLINA" on the front of the jerseys. The weird, tiny Block C will be gone from the shoulders. If this is all the case, these changes will be good to me. I still don't like the "CAROLINA" font. I would prefer "GAMECOCKS". It also seems that the black...

"The single, not so important thing, I miss most because of Covid"

I try to support local bike shops, but people too often think they need to buy a new entry-level bike. A bike is pretty damn simple. The whole industry is weird. For some reason, people have to get new bikes even if the intended use does not match the price tag.. I have steel bikes from the late...

"The single, not so important thing, I miss most because of Covid"

I think it is related to the supply chain - and a little bit because of the increased demand. I've never really had bad experiences with CL. Facebook Marketplace, at least, allows you to see who you're dealing with beforehand. A bike can be cleaned, and I always get new bar tape. Some bikes...

"The single, not so important thing, I miss most because of Covid"

The bike market has been hit hard by the virus. Look on CL anyway. The prices might be higher than normal, but I would not suggest anyone buy a 'department store' bike. Let me know if you have questions about bikes. I have bought a lot of bikes on CL.

    'Locked on the Gamecocks' podcast

Did anyone used to listen to this from JC Shurburt and Keith Allsep? Episodes were released weekly, and it was free. Then, they saw an opportunity and started releasing episodes every day to their Patreon subscribers. I still listened to their free episodes after that, but it soured things a...

Cincinnati wrong to release Brennaman for using the wrong word.

Because you shouldn't use racial or homophobic slurs?

Cincinnati wrong to release Brennaman for using the wrong word.

I'm sorry, but there may not be a clear line with this stuff, but what he said is beyond any reasonable line. Expecting an employee to not use an offensive slur is simply not an attempt to make everyone think the same way.

Cincinnati wrong to release Brennaman for using the wrong word.

I know, I have no idea how it would autocorrect to that. It's not a good look, but should you fire someone for a theory about the autocorrect? Idk.

Cincinnati wrong to release Brennaman for using the wrong word.

You can't keep that guy employed to represent your station. The Hornets guy: I really doubt he meant to tweet that. It's unusual, but I don't think he should lose his job.

Cincinnati wrong to release Brennaman for using the wrong word.

You mean, him continuing to call the game during the apology was not a good look?

Cincinnati wrong to release Brennaman for using the wrong word.

Is it really that much to ask your broadcaster to refrain from using racial or homosexual slurs?

Cincinnati wrong to release Brennaman for using the wrong word.

Shocked that this board thinks a grown man using a homophobic word so casually on a public broadcast should get some benefit of the doubt. This isn't middle school. I have no idea what the gay percentage of the population has to do with anything.

    The weakest generations

I will say that social media and the media, in general, has probably changed the way people parent. Violent crime, as far as I know, is lower than previous generations, but there seem to be more helicopter parents than ever. Kids used to go outside, get dirty, use their imagination, make...

    The weakest generations

Lol. Some people will talk your ear off about personal responsibility, entitlement, morality, leadership, respect, and integrity. The hypocrisy is so obvious; I don't know how more people don't notice.
