    I think Pete Carroll, Jim Harbaugh, and maybe Kliff Kingsbury (to a certain extent) have dispelled the “almost no chance of success” myth. But I agree, most of the time it doesn’t work out (looking at Saban, Spurrier, Kiffin, etc)
