    Your view on this is different than mine based on the fact that you work in an industry where the degree and where it came from doesn't matter. I think you'd see things a lot differently if you were in a different industry. I know I would too.

    I'm talking about employers that will question degrees during the hiring process. Your diploma means nothing if employers don't respect it. I didn't go to college because I cared about a diploma any more than you did.

    It hasn't that I'm aware of, and I didn't say that. I'm just pointing out that success at one doesn't have anything to do with success at the other. Coaching football in college is not the same thing as coaching football in the NFL.

    Are you sure those 150-200 spots aren't for the kids not playing football? My son plays rec sports at the place they practice, so I see them practice a fair amount. It's highly unlikely they can field a team of that size with a random lottery.
