    Tax base is shrinking some...business', jobs, etc. Town and county population is a fare reflection of the school student body...1980 Abbeville high School student body grades 9-12 was 600+(closer to 600)...today its 500+(closer to 500) SEMPER FI...Go Cocks...Go Panthers!!!...
