OT: Roof damage from DishTV sat install

One other thing. If they do cover your loss, they will want proof that repairs were made. Keep all invoices and make sure to take pics before(damaged) and after(repaired). Lots of folks have had insurance paid for a new roof or something and pocket the money.

OT: Roof damage from DishTV sat install

In most cases, regardless of who, what, etc., the policy holder is required to take steps to mitigate any further damage. It's the insurance company's way out. Careful there. Youll need to check your policy carefully. In most cases, they have to cover the damage regardless of fault unless there...

    JBJ. Again.

On the money. It's not always how many you drive in but also about how many you take away. Google the mazilli catch for grins

OT: I knew this was coming, why such is a certainty...

Technically, it's where the "transfer of goods" occurred. For online sales, that's interpreted as where the buyer is located.

hey bat, 4 the luv of the game...

The game within the game. That's what's fun watching. I still think there is some dead time that could be eliminated. Carolina4 mentioned all the ritual stuff. Batters stepping out, unwrapping the gloves, wrapping the gloves, looking at the bat, take a deep breath, sigh, shuffle some dirt, step...

    Actually, yes.

hey bat, 4 the luv of the game...

That's a trivial issue. I would bet that the home teams pen mound is the same. So, just pass a rule that at a given ball park, pen an field mounds have to be the same. Heck is just a little dirt.

hey bat, 4 the luv of the game...

Me too. What I love most about baseball is watching the game within the game. If they want to speed it up, eliminate warm up pitches for incoming relievers(from the mound). Every time there's a change it's 10 minutes, at least. If each team changes 3 times, that's an extra hour. And no more...

College umps need to be a little more generous with the strike zone

The most added time comes from pitching changes. Last game, we changed 3 times, they changed 3 times. 10 minutes each, 1 extra hour.

Taters Freaking Out about Belk and Now Pickens

Boom is setting up his offensive side like he has the defense setup. I.E., he's the defensive guru with T-Rob heading it up. On the O-side, he has McLendon heading it up with Werner as the guru. It's not a bad approach.

Did Ray Tanner fail to tell Holbrook and Kingston

Simple, they stood them up in the sun beside the dugout. The good ole sun warmed them up naturally.

Is ND really that much better than we are?

Might just be me, but last night was the best defensive scheme I have seen against UCONN's offense. I hope DS was watching.

Fight is on for Neutral Site in Clemson Baseball Series

If I were RT, nobody would get the game unless they agreed to provide a stream. Period.

Miss. State's Coach Schaefer blames yesterdays loss on his teams lack

Yeah, that was their big center who hasn't had to deal with defense much. Vic's offense is let the guards drive around and dish it off in the paint to a big. A variation on the motion offense. If you can clog the passing lanes, which we did, they have issues.

I'm like BG21. I do see improvement in several things. The good habits being taught have not yet replaced the ingrained bad habits yet. But I can see the coaching, which I never saw under Holbrook. Appropriate wins won't come until the new habits are ingrained, which will have to happen first.

A'ja, G.Rogers, John Roche, Mike Roth

4 SEC Championships 1 National Campionship 3 time SEC POY. Not to mention the other NCAA tourney stuff. OK smart one, name me one of the 400 you mentioned with more than that on their resume.

A'ja, G.Rogers, John Roche, Mike Roth

    1. George Rogers 2. John Roche 3. Michael Roth 4. Aja Wilson Rogers, Roche and Wilson are pretty obvious choices. I'm going with Roth because, and it has been stated by others, that he is the best CWS pitcher ever.

Yep, the hard swing. I played a lot of ball in my younger days because I wasn't big enough for football or tall enough for basketball. That's the beauty of baseball. If you can catch and hit, size doesn't matter. I never went to the plate looking to hit it hard. I always wanted to put the ball...
