6-foot-4, 201-pound Northwestern High School (Rock Hill) Class of 2026 safety Tamarion Watkins, a four-star who is ranked No. 3 in the state, No. 11 overall at the position, and No. 137 in the nation for the cycle, has announced his Top Five, and South Carolina has made the cut.
The Gamecocks are joined by Alabama, Georgia, Miami, and Texas A&M. This will be a big one to watch for defensive backs' coach Torrian Gray, head coach Shane Beamer and company as they continue their instate recruiting efforts.
