It is hard to believe that the witnesses and victims could have seen him do it and then have different stories to how it happened. Meanwhile Blackshear had an alibi the entire time. Why was he even arrested to begin with? That's like some random person saying they saw me steal something and the cops coming to my house and arresting me without any evidence other than what someone said. Very bizarre.

Or maybe the witnesses decided not to testify. Happens often once witnesses realize the seriousness of the claim. By the same token, what would you expect his attorney to say given the case is now over? His attorney can virtually say anything at this point, and trust me his attorney is trolling for more clients.
