This week with hiring Hoke, he is very disappointed with his coaches of what they been telling him last summer and seeing how they perform this past fall. I really believe he was about ready to handover the reins to one of the coaches on staff and it might have been Ward. I think he's upset with ward that he couldn't do a better job of coaching the defense and and he's not going to leave the program he built with Ward. JMHO
 
Hopefully, that's not a decision Tanner will leave to Spurrier. That's not Spurrier's responsibility.
 
That's Steve's fault then. He's the head coach, he calls the shots. He should have had more hands on with the team instead of leaving it all up the assistants and what they told him. Those same assistants fed us a lot of bs as well (best o-line ever! This d could be better then last year!). Horsecrap is all it was. I'm sorry but after last years debacle I'd be in every assistants hip pocket because they've proven either they can't be trusted or they don't know what the blazes they're talking about when evaluating our team.
