Tanner is the AD, but it's not like he can just make decisions in a vacuum. If he gets pressure from boosters and the Board, he may get forced into it. In any event, I actually had the thought that Holbrook is making this decision easier for Ray. Another double-digit loss shut-out? At some point even Holbrook can't be surprised if he gets fired.
