...can't get much more un-appealing than that.
I'll be there. It'll be a bit of a vacation from day to day life. Probably damn hot, but I look forward to it....can't get much more un-appealing than that.
I just don't like Thursday night games period.
Because easy home games are boring.I agree why give up an easy home game to play up there.

Honestly I feel better about opening in Charlotte against the Holes than a home opener with Wofford. That's a dangerous game especially in an opener and they give us fits whenever we play them. I'd rather let the taters deal with that bunch and that crazy offense....can't get much more un-appealing than that.
Good post.Tiger fan here - I will be pulling hard for ya'll in this game. I am not huge SC fan - never have been, never will be - BUT I do have repsect for the program and its lack of hypocrisy. UNC on the other makes my stomach turn. After all the dirt that has come out it is certainly entertaining to engage a Tarheel fan regarding the "Carolina Way." It is my hope and expection that ya'll will break your foot off in the their behinds. Cocks by 21.
The Thursday night thing is becoming more of a tradition thing for us! If you think about....WE open up the college football season every year!
I agree why give up an easy home game to play up there.
Yea, Charlotte business...!!!Mid majors are too expensive now. It's good for recruiting win or lose. All the big boys do it. Whether you like the panthers or not is irrelevant. Even if we lose it changes nothing about our season. If things go south it could be the difference between Birmingham and the Cuba bowl but at that point who cares.
Fact is, playing in Charlotte is good for business.
"Beat the tar out of the Holes." Good one. I have never seen that before. From a UK fan that lives in Columbia, I always cheer for USC against anyone but the Cats. In saying that, I really hope you beat the Tar out of the Holes!
Can't wait to watch!!!!!
