What are your plans? Just thought I would ask as I start to prep for tomorrow. I’m firing up my smoker and making pulled pork, ribs and chicken. Appetizer will be a large platter of antipasto (aka charcuterie these days ); various cheeses, salamis, nuts, dried fruit, olives, roasted red peppers, papadew peppers with goat cheese and a few other things. Sides will include cole slaw, macaroni salad, cheesy corn bread, white corn, hot pickles, and sliced tomatoes and onions.
