App St HC heading to Louisville

Yes, Louisville appears to be making a wise decision. UNC should have gone this way instead of a short-term, feel-good moment with Mack Brown.
Yeah, but at least Mack will make UNC FB interesting and might be able to beat Clemson.

No time soon will Brown beat Clem. He's gonna need at least a few years to get caught up talentwise.

Does App. St. look at Elliott as HBC? Don't know what kind of move that would be from Ga. St. - lateral, up, back......

Easily a step up job. Both are in the sun belt if I'm not mistaken and App State just won that conference didn't they?

Agree completely. It would serve them right if they spank those Heels every time this boy coaches against them. But North Carolina has a better team returning than Louisville.

ASU has won 9-10 games 5 yrs in a row? 3-0 in bowl games (not strong bowls, though). Young roster on a team that is 10-2 now. Glad they'll have a new coach. Will help us.

I seem to remember when we hired a successful coach from App State. How'd that turn out?

Doubt anyone is looking to hire Elliott. Georgia State was 2-10 this year.
Yikes.
Didn't realize they had such a bad year. Was simply making the connection to his playing days and assistant coaching time there.
