He makes you believe if you work hard enough and do your job, you can be successful, especially if you work as a team. What an unusual concept in sports today. Playing for each other rather than self. Give your all vs doing what is best for you. He gets it. We will get there. If he was sitting in my living room with my son and asking him to come be a part of something growing, I'd pack his bags and send him to play for Coach Beamer.
