You can't teach speed folks. He got three yards of separation in a 25 yard window. That's impressive.
2 passes thrown his way, caught both for 18 yards. Also had a better punt return average than Ginn. He's making a pretty good case for himself with that speed. He was an under-appreciated player here imo. Also seeing Melvin Ingram doing some good work tonight.
Btw was that former greenwood/app st star Armanti Edwards on the pass? That thing was on a frozen rope.

I think that had a lot to do with h not having the time in HBC passing scheme to really open it up over the top. Spurriers pass game has always revolved around timing, which he demands be as quick as possible. Usually the only time you will see him send go routes is off of play action, and usually those are to the outside receivers. Dameire played a lot in the slot. Not saying those are THE reason just saying they might factor in
