She pops out often to get the ball around the free throw line or higher where she usually drives, or takes a few steps about half way down the lane to shoot, or passes. If she could shoot the J around the FT line or higher, she would be unstoppable. She’s usually loosely guarded,if at all, out that far. Once she hit a few of those and defenders came out to guard her, it would open up the paint for her to dish or drive right by them to the hoop. I think she’s gonna gave to elevate her game and/or do something different in order to defeat UCONN.
The same applies to Silva when he pops out to get the ball. If he could learn to shoot the J from the top of the key, he could be the SEC POY.
