Want to make some for the race tomorrow. Can I get some for mustard style, peedee vinegar style, and also like a thicker vinegar one (like with tomato sauce/paste). I would like a few options to pick from. Thanks gamecock nation!

i dont have any good recipes, but i think sweet and spicy is the way to go....ive been perfecting chili for yrs....what i have learned is trial and error....i still try stuff and it bombs.....one time i was makn low country boil and thought it would be a good idea to put green peppers in it.....NOOOO.....made the corn taste like shat

Don't know the ratios but I think it's 2 parts mustard, one part ketchup and then some chili powder.

Low Country Vinegar based

1 CUP APPLE Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
salt and black pepper
Tablespoon of crushed red pepper flakes (important)

Cook in sauce pan til all ingredients incorporate

Basic recipe. If you want it with a little more heat...add more red pepper flakes.

Pee Dee vinegar and hot pepper sauce -

3 parts apple cider vinegar
1 part brown sugar
1 part Coleman's bbq sauce (this is made in Florence county)
crushed red pepper to taste
simmer on low for 30 minutes

4 lbs. of pulled pork would need about 32 ounces of this

3 parts Coleman BBQ sauce to 1 part Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce -that's it. You can add 15 ingredients or just use sauces that already have them in it. I've done both. My brother had his signature sauce and had a page of ingredients, he uses mine now. I use this for Boston butts cooked in a crock pot and pulled into bbq..

This is a killer BBQ sauce. From scratch, but easy to make & delicious!

½ cup ketchup 2 Tablespoons lemon juice 6 Tablespoons brown sugar ¼ cup apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons butter, melted 2 teaspoons chili powder 2 teaspoons paprika 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes 2-3 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons prepared mustard 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Enjoy & GO COCKS!!!!
