So we are going to pay a man multi millions of dollars per year, and a fan base should be satisfied with 6 wins in the 5th year of his regime. I know nothing about being an AD, but I guarantee you I can hire someone for far less than Muschamp makes that can win 6 games. Go down to Dutch Fork. I bet Tom Knotts could win 6 games and probably do it for 500k.

No disrespect to Knotts, but I'm not feeling too warm and fuzzy about the Gerry Faust approach. Head coaching at the major college level and at the HS level are two different animals. And he'd be a fool to put himself out there for $500k.

I don't think so. Tom Knotts at Dutch Fork is 0-3 vs Chuck Reedy at Goose Creek. Point I'm making is, if you have equal talent on both sides, a college experienced coach like Reedy will beat a high school coach.
