Unfortunately it’s a day road game like Florida. I’d like to think we are going to show up but I’m going to avoid this game. Too much heart getting in the way of the head. If I bet this game I would bet against us.
My logic is not scientific. It’s if we lose I have money. If we win I lost money but I’m happy to lose it in that scenario. No different than people spend more money in the economy after a win than a loss. Just gambling instead of going out to a bar or restaurant.
The UT game could be the confidence booster or it could be we used up all our marbles in the upset. Could go either way.
Most football fans are like me, sure you watch the big game mostly, but at commercial and half time you switch to game 2. I can usually watch 85% of one game, 45% of another and 5% of another just using those tactics.
That’s the game I’ll be watching. I’ll record our game and delete it if we get blown out … or watch it later if by chance we’re able to pull off back-to-back miracle wins.
Think we win tomorrow by the same score we beat Auburn last year, 21-17. Just like, Auburn, last year in that game, Clemson will have a screw-up on Special Teams and our superb Special Teams will take advantage.
