We're at the South Carolina State House with @dawnstaley and @GamecockWBB where legislators are honoring our national champions!
#Gamecocks always have time for photos! And @dawnstaley always draws a crowd ...or is it the netlace?
It's been a great year the Gamecocks and the state of South Carolina. Three national championships for the state and a trip to the Mens Final Four. I look forward to watching our football team grow and compete with (and beat) the Tigers, and I hope our baseball team will come around soon.

Yes, but there's lots of room for a football school, men's basketball school, baseball school, golf (M&W) school, soccer (M&W) school, track & field (M&W) school, tennis (M&W) school, equestrian school, et al!
Dawn's speech was great. Watched it on the State's site. Right up there with her Hall of Fame induction speech. ... and yes we've been a women's basketball school for a while now, but in the last 12 months, I'd say we're more than that: Men's basketball Final Four, Women's Soccer SEC Champs and 2nd Elite 8 in 3 years, men and women's golf both went to national championships last year, men's tennis record breaking year this year... lots of good things going on! Hope baseball turns it around!
