It would be a huge gamble for everyone concerned. I do believe he could hire a great staff, though.
No, he will be their next US Senator... And I'd much rather he be in the Senate than UT's coach.
And has he been coaching while enjoying retirement???
He has bigger fish to fry than being the Tennessee Head coach...
College coaching is far more stressful than the NFL. If anything, he'd coach in the NFL somewhere.

The same Peyton Manning (PM) that broke all the UT passing records, the one that broke NFL passing records and won a Super Bowl, the same PM that was literally the Colts OC his last 7-8 seasons? No chance. None.....move on.
I guess he's at home enjoying himself. Won 3 elections then didn't run again after the R's gerrymandered his district. A dem who voted against most of Obama's big legislation (TARP, ACA, and others).
