If I were in the market for a space (which I am not) I'd certainly look hard at Carolina Walk Park. Very nice GRASSY environment and far enough from the madding crowd (ex. Fairgrounds) to make for an enjoyable venue for tailgating and socializing.

"madding crowd" now thats' what i luved about the shoe......never could understand why some wanted 2 live across the river.........best way 2 avoid the mad crowd ...........stay home & watch the tube.
