Hire Jon Hoke and keep the current staff and hopes it turns out to be a top 5 defense. If the defense sucks again, let Jon bring in his own assistants after the season and get rid of current defense staff.

with 8 returning starters and the new guys that have just enrolled the D will be better. It's the offense I am concerned about. Specifically I am concerned about the QB and OL, WR's, TE's, and RB's should be good.

The quarterback is a concern and offensive line got to be much better. So our young quarterback will have a chance to throw the ball and open up some running lanes for the running backs.
