Did Spurrier call that last pass play?

I looked over at my wife and said Pete Carroll just channeled his inner Steve Spurrier.

Winners NEVER get over losing. Ever. It should push you to the point of just about to drive you insane and make you work harder so that you never lose again. This season still burns me up, especially the Clemson game. No Duck Bowl trophy made me feel any better. If I'm a Seahawks player, this Super Bowl would eat at me for the rest of my life. Even if I won the next 3 Super Bowls in a row.

"Uncle", my husband thought it looked like a "Jr." call! Love the Hawks and Russell Wilson, in particular. This was a heartbreaker!!

It would be just like him...need 1 yard, have really good backs and you decide to pass. WTF?
I recall TD making the winning TD run from the one against Florida this year...

Maybe you just need to go back into your Tater hole...

Big Spurrier fan and sunshine pumper here, but I couldn't help wondering the same. No doubt he was watching the game himself. Had to provide some sense of deja vue for the HBC.

One thing for sure.. Dabo did not and would not make that play call... The only play book he gets to see is should the team kick the extra point or go for two...

^ That's hilarious
