Well, we are playing flat today, at least the offense is not playing up to par. The other thing is NDSU has more seniors on defense than we have on our entire team. We'll be back next year with more bullets in our gun. We just need to figure out a way to keep coach Sanders.
Everybody I know was pulling for ETSU...most people in Tennessee pull for the other schools in the state unless their playing each other....
People in Tenn love their football. If the ETSU Alums would get behind the team they would have tremendous fan support. Although, it has been good all year long, this year anyway. When a team opens up the season with a win over an SEC team that helps, albeit Vandy.
I followed every game the Bucs played this year. I knew when they beat Vandy in Nashville 23-3 it was going to be a special year.
Just hope the basketball team does well as I like to attend games against Furman & Wofford at Freedom Hall on a cold, dark afternoon in the winter...
Freedom Hall is a nice venue for small college basketball. I hope to get up for a few games this year, myself. I'm still sick about the 2019 post season being cancelled. I believe the Bucs could have make it to the Sweet 16. But that same season, also, probably cause USC WBB a National Championship.
Just heard Coach Sanders is retiring. It broke my heart because I felt ETSU had a good coach that could build a program not just a team.
