Wow. Did anyone see that story? One of the saddest things I have seen on the star Nebraska running back from the early to mid 90's who is now serving a 30 year prison sentence and was just charged with the murder of his cellmate. I am always amazed at the folks who have every opportunity and make such horrible choices that ruin it all. I just dont get it.

I recall he drug a coed down the stairs while at Nebraska. He was suspended and reinstated for the Fiesta Bowl. It amazing what kind of behavior we'll tolerate as long as the offender is good at sports.

Yep. They suspended him for like 6 games and then let him play in the Bowl Game. His coach said after the game that he advised him to declare for the draft. He got hit with several other charges after he went pro with the Rams and was then sent to prison. What a complete and total waste of God given talent and is now rotting away in a max security prison.
