Somewhat rare genetic predisposition. So many injuries have similar pathways. Often difficult to get to the source unless you are an expert in that particular type of case.

That could go either way but clearly enough for personal injury attorney to front the costs in hope of a favorable outcome. Wouldn't be surprised to see Clemson's insurance company settle for something manageable versus have it go in front of a jury.

From that write up, he probably has a good case. I hope he gets his just due $$$$$ from Clemson University
