No inside knowledge, but based upon what I've read I think it's a done deal. The Big 12 held a meeting to discuss the potential exit and UT and OU didn't show up. Not sure they would stay away unless it was a done deal. If they ended up having to stay and the vote changed on the SEC's part, it may get a little awkward.
