Never a bad thing to get your best bat back.
The concern is our best bat was sub .300.
Hopefully we have some hitters coming in.

Hopefully we have some hitters coming in.
He led the team in batting his 1st year in 2019 after transferring to the team with a year at JUCO, with a .309 average.
In 2020, he was 3rd in batting with a .305 average.
This past season, he led the team in batting against SEC competition with a .303 average.
If anything, this past season was an anomaly for Eyster in batting. Perhaps he rebounds back to his typical performance of .300+ batting averages....

Well, our new Volunteer Coach will certainly have us playing some small ball again. And improving our defense up the middle.
The timing of the Wingo hire is perfect. The kids born in 02’ and 03’ are seniors in HS now, meaning they were old enough to remember our 3 WSCG appearances and 2 Nattys.
