Was probably practicing regardless... we’re awaiting clearance on Jalen Brooks and he has been involved in practice from the get-go.

On the surface this shows how the NCAA takes care of it’s ponies. Jalen Brooks is transferring from a D2 school. Shorter is transferring from Penn St. It seems very biased and shows the need for a legitimate system to be put in place.
