Am I missing something here, to me he just canceled out his first sentence with the second.
Comes off to me as insinuating that some assistants are going to be sacrificed for him to keep his job. But I'm not sure of anything anymore.
It would seem so, unless it is possible to handle something the right way but it still not work?
Possibly, but I think he is referring to his decision to use more zone defense and give up the perimeter shots.
One would surmise that if this strategy was not working, then that would necessitate making changes during the season and not wait while his team is faltering and unable to implement his game plan.
I think he did try to switch back to more man defense. But that change is the only thing I can think of that happened after the return from the long lay off in January.
And he might be, but that wouldn't get anyone's blood pumping right now. He needs something a little more definitive.
Frank must leave either voluntarily or not. He has one tournament appearance in 9 years and the program is sputtering in a downward spiral. And don't give me the Covid lame excuse. Every team went through the same pandemic and they are not a dismal 6 - 15 in Year #9! Can't wait to see Martin exit just like the same ending with the other incompetent pretender, Muschamp!
