Circa 1994- Emmett Hall who played basketball for the Cocks back then.... celebrated a victory over highly ranked probably number 1 Kentucky was then asked how he felt after knocking them off. He replied, he was static, instead of ecstatic. One of my friends said, he's so happy he's clinging to himself.( Yes, I'm getting old.)
Arden Key- yesterday or whenever said he's going to take his Ralph out on SC. Ralph always meant puke to me, and I pray this is not a pet name for something. Also, he meant wrath so I'm guessing he's not majoring in English Literature!
Circa 2012-Clemson recruit-name escapes me right now... was asked about his commitment to the taters. He said he got to hang out with the fellas in the locker room, rub the rock a few times, and that sealed the deal for him. I kid you not. Funniest quote ever!
