Furman minus 6.5 over South Carolina

I actually like value on us today. Like I said in a previous post, the market doesn’t like to see us lose a lot on the spread so they are likely over reacting with the 6.5 spread.
Having said that, it would be a pretty bad showing if Niko Medved and Bob Richey hand us our butt in the same tournament.
Hard fade until further notice. Team can’t rebound. Got beat up by Furman. Might play a little better at home but absolutely no reason to lose to Furman by 20.
I really appreciated the win over sCUm but it looks like the blow out losses to low end teams show how bad we really are. I like the new coaches calm demeanor but sometimes they need a good butt chewing. Can’t judge the new coach too hard yet with the team he had to throw together but I want to see improvement throughout the season to at least feel like we’re headed the right direction.
