I may have misinterpreted the OP's heading. I like the big body receivers. Put 20-25 pounds on him, he could muscle his way into a position. People forget that Sidney Rice was a low-rated 3 star and was able to dominate.

That was just my interpretation. I could be wrong as well. I agree about the big receivers. I like having 2 on the outside with a speed burner at the slot.
