Georgia OL Grayson Mains took a self-guided tour of South Carolina's campus over the weekend, and gave GamecockCentral.com the latest in his recruitment:
- Mains has publicly carried a top three of Michigan State, South Carolina, and Tennessee, which remains the case as of today.
- Here's what he said about his trip to campus:
"It was great. I loved seeing campus - it was absolutely beautiful. I loved seeing the sports entertainment management college and then seeing the stadium from the outside."
- Mains has also built a nice relationship with the Gamecock staff, OL coach Greg Adkins and head coach Shane Beamer.
"I love them both. Coach Beamer is texting me almost every day just checking up on things or sending some Twitter things and Coach Adkins and I have a great relationship, talking all the time."
- Mains, who said he is planning on going to Tennessee and South Carolina for spring games (they're both the same day, so we're not as sure on this), is eyeing a decision soon - within the next week or two, he said.
