** Upon entering gate 6 there's traffic coming from the opposite direction

When we attempted to exit gate 6 there's only one of three gates open. The police are just standing around in groups of 6--10, totally clueless
When we finally get up to the only open gate we realize there is two-way traffic, which is holding up everyone from exiting
