He's always going to be a big guy, but he looks obese now. I hope he gets it together- always enjoyed watching him at UK.

I appreciate seeing him exercise as that shows some dedication and commitment to changing his circumstances, but working with the nutritionist is FAR more important, especially at this stage. There is no workout routine that can overcome a bad diet. You are what you eat. Sounds like a cliche', but it's undeniably, 100% true.
