Btw,
GG decided to stay in the 2023 class. This gives us our best chance at getting the kid.

I agree, We are at least TWO years too late at FIRING him!!Good grief...all you frank supporters amaze me. so how many more years should he have had? and I guess you are upset they didnt name the court after him for one final four.

ROFLMAO, Great Comeback.. Your mom said you were 13, But I am not sure you are that old!!Your sister tried to cut you off but failed.
According to 107.5 they had 2 quality recruits (not GG) who had committed but have now decommitted. One of those was a 4*. If he were able to land GG it would have been the best class since the McGuire days. Even without GG the class would have be far better than what we will have now, along with losing basically the entire team of experienced players who had a winning record last year. We've destroyed the entire program for years to come. Stevie Wonder can see that. What promising recruiting. Boy, some Frank apologists fell for the okey-doke on this GG thing. The reality was that it wasn’t a given that GG would reclassify to help next year even if he decided to pick USC. So, to me that was a strategy for Martin to squeeze two more years out of based on a hope. Otherwise, this year’s recruiting class has two Under-the-Radar prospects in it. Any coach can recruit to that level.

I don't know about you but I rather enjoyed watching Sindarius Thornwell, Duane Notice, and Chris Silva play especially in the final 4. Frank's problem has been losing to a couple of nobody teams in the early season, usually when he had key players either hurt or on suspension. One thing about his teams is they always played hard and usually improved throughout the season. With a little better luck I think they would have have done much better next season. As it is now I can't see how we will win 10 games and probably none in the SEC.Honesty, doubt it would have mattered much. Frank had a way he wanted the team to play. If a recruit came in with some hype and confidence, Frank would find a way to make him feel pedestrian.
Frank was a really good defensive coach which awkwardly kept us in games at times. However, the offense mostly suffered as a result. We were spinning our wheels and it wasn't enjoyable to watch on any level.
Sometimes stars align. The Final Four run was awesome. After 10 years, there was just no evidence it was anything but an aberration.I don't know about you but I rather enjoyed watching Sindarius Thornwell, Duane Notice, and Chris Silva play especially in the final 4. You failed to mention though that he had a great point guard in Felton that left the program due to personal issues. That left him without a real point guard. That made a big difference.Sometimes stars align. The Final Four run was awesome. After 10 years, there was just no evidence it was anything but an aberration.
Frank lost me when he couldn't make a Tournament with Chris Silva as the main guy. He had all the tools and we couldn't put a consistent team together in those 3 years following the FF. I do agree he had some bad luck though.
