Yes it was. And it was nice to see the boys get 14 hits. Hopefully that's a sign that things are improving.
Hopefully avoiding the sweep will help keep us in the top 10. I don't believe losing 2 games by one run in your first road series should be reason enough to punish a team very badly, but you never know will the pollsters in baseball.
