Here is what the national folks think on Key and others

Can't say I care anymore either way. I want a player who wants to be here instead of letting us or anyone else spin in the wind. I'm very excited about the guys who have been honest and stayed committed to USC.

Key will someday realize that he will be judged not on the number of tackles he made, but by his commitment and honor in life to others.

His decision. I am not losing sleep if he goes to LSU or anywhere else. Let him have his fun and his moment in the sun.

I didn't realize our very own Chris Clark was a highly sought after TE. Tell us, man, is it going to be Michigan or UCLA?

de-committed twice. Orgeron and Co sold the parents and the kid last weekend on LSU. not really a surprise he isn't signing with Carolina at this point.

in other not-so-good news, Arnette looks to have bought into Meyer's coach-speak and will likely not sign with USC as well. unfortunately for him, he will be buried on the depth chart and resigned to making tackles on special teams in snow.

Maybe someone can send that list to Jr so he can go after some other schools' "commitments".

I have caught bass that didn't flip and flop as much. He may have been good for us or he may have been a cancer, we will never know but we can watch and see how he does at LSU! Time will tell. Good luck young man.

I never did want a 6'6" 225 lb defensive end. Gotta grow him for two years anyways. Give me a 6'4" 250 lb guy anyday. Enough with stick figures. Especially one with that much drama

. . . and months ago we should have dropped Key flat out. No reasons given; just dropped him with no further comments. That sure as hell would have cooled his hot little jets. It was obvious that he was being cute and acting like a girly girl in this matter. It did not help our cause overall to play ball with this flake. Now, if it served our needs to play along with this child, then okay, I understand our getting caught on the string; otherwise, we shouldn't look in the rear view mirror.

I posted on this board and others for a good while about Key. He got a kick out of seeing grown men jump through hoops for him. Hell, we may have kept a staff in place at his request just to see him jump to LSU. If that's the case, our entire coaching staff needs to be canned.
