He was saying that a miracle would make it mysteriously go away, then warm weather would make it go away, then said that we had 15 cases that would eventually go to zero....

Well, it’s dropped from 16 million to 61,000 very fast. Neither number is correct but it’s going in the right direction. Heck of an achievement for something that happened 10 years ago.
