NC State--if we don't beat them we can't compete in the SEC
Missouri & Kentucky--if we don't beat them we won't beat the better teams in conference
La Tech--can't lose to La Tech or season is over
ATM--ok one game most rational people had as a loss but "a win would be huge"
Arky--"defining moment of the season"

Because of where we are, almost every game is make or break. Some go to hyperbole and think we are a horrible team (worse than the 1-10 and 0-11 years even) and I laugh at that. This isn't as good as the teams that went 11-2, but we are a solid 7-8 win team this year and trending upward. Still some people want a coach fired because he lost yesterday, regardless of whether it looks like he'll win tomorrow.

The next game is always the biggest game, as it should be.

Nick Saban goes even a step further. When he was at LSU, the Tigers were getting ready to play Ol' Miss and Eli Manning in game that would determine the SEC West champion. Reporters kept asking him "is this the biggest game of the year." He refused to say it was. He even refused to say "it's the biggest because it's the next one we're playing." His belief is every game is important, none more so than any other.

The reporters love to talk about "the biggest game of the year" and they wanted a quote of him saying it. Saban finally told the reporters, "it's not my job to make your job easier."
