How often do we have one of the hottest young coaches in country in our backyard?

The Coastal coach had previous HC gigs at North Greenville and Charleston Southern. He’s been successfully coaching in SC for awhile. He will get snapped up by someone this year.

We’ve seen how difficult it has been for more prominent programs to hire their #1 and even #2 targets for a HC. I would think the CC coach would love to stay in state at a much higher profile gig making $2-$3million more.

It will be so USC to miss this opportunity.

Chadwell seems like a risky hire, at this point anyway. His team is looking pretty good this year but was 5-7 last year. Maybe a little more sustained winning before offering him an SEC head job. Also, he's had some NCAA problems in his recent past.
