How was Muschamp so bad at Florida?

He kept sticking with a really bad QB who isn't even there anymore, he plays for Skip now I believe. That was his biggest downfall, his offense sucked.

Grier was there last year. Rbs were there last year. Oline was there last year. It's not like they're winning with a bunch of true freshmen. Whatever that guy's name is (their coach), he knows what he's doing.

Gee, he's doing what it takes to win - managing (obviously, quite well) the football team that calls 'The Swamp' home, while we seem to be stuck with the house manager at the ATO fraternity looking out for all his bros. Gawd! We have a retro 60's Animal House replay in our football program! Someone stop this madness! Ray, wake the hell up!

Had Weis forced upon him when he was hired...that was a disaster. Then two other OC's who couldn't turn it around fast enough. UF's AD Foley, sticks his hand in the program a lot, such as the Weis hire. Muschamp wanted a more conservative offense than Foley did.
