And I wouldn't blame him one bit. Probably should have transferred last year. Maybe he won't though and will finally get some real playing time this year.

I don't know who will be the starting QB. But I would think the staff may view Nosovitch a little differently this year as it should be evident that it is very important to have a legitimate running threat to execute our Zone read offense. Maybe his throwing mechanics are lacking and maybe his delivery is a little slow, but Nosovitch is a really good runner and built like a fullback. Besides, last year at the spring game I thought he passed the ball pretty well.
