I'm think how Spurrier turn a loser Duke into a winner and McVay did the same thing with the LA Rams....

Not comparing coaching in the NFL records, but more like starting off coaching and putting points on the board...

College teams copied Spurrier's offense and the NFL owners are hiring nobody coaches, copying the Rams...
