I was happy as a lark when ray tanner became our AD

Spurrier should become the AD. Hire Muschamp to coach the football team. Fire Holbrook, rehire Tanner to replace him, Fire Martin hire Greg Marshall. Everyone's happy.

Spurrier at AD would be a huge mistake, not that he'd even want it. Tanner is going to have to fire somebody eventually I just wonder how bad it's going to have to get before he can bring himself to do it.

Why would Spurrier as AD be a mistake? It seems like the perfect job for him. He is the visionary for the football program's development and Football is the most important thing the AD needs to worry about. They have to give Tanner "busy work" just so he has something to do. Instead of that, Spurrier can go play his golf before he get's to old to swing a club.

Some people on this board wouldn't be happy if God was hired to coach and brought Moses along

For wishing Tanner was back in the dugout? Are you close to Chad or something?
