It's ok, just another midweek loss to an instate opponent.

Midweek losses don't matter according to some on here. Well, they will if we keep playing poorly midweek and in conference.

Oh no! another loss to a mid week opponent! That makes our conference record...oh let's see..still 4-2 and within 1 game of first place in the division. Maybe that's because mid week opponents provide an opportunity to develop experience and depth for our younger pitchers, and weekend opponents get to see Crowe, Winkoop, Schmidt and co.

I wonder if The USC has ever lost to five different teams from the state of South Carolina in any sport in the same year??
CofC (loss) Clempson (loss) Winthrop (loss) Coastal (loss) and possible up coming loss to the Citadel?? Wow could it be history in the making here?? even after The Citadel, still have three more in-state teams to play, could The USC lose to up to 8 different teams from SC, in the same year?? if this continues like it is going, it is truly possible......

Re: Those same posters won't be making the trip to Chapel

Hill or others sites for the regionals either...though they will be on here attacking anyone who questions why we finished 33-29 again and are sitting home watching Vandy\LSU back in Omaha.
